hi all! I am just trying to rescue my garden from an uncultivated weedy expanse. I have not been able to attack this problem due to my work commitment but as I have just retired I feel that this needs to be a priority. I have wet clay type soil at house end and lots of bindweed and dandelions. I also have pear trees [2] apple trees ]2] cherry trees [2]. fruit is forming but some are dropping off. any advice would be gratefully received as I am a novice who is willing to learn. I have also managed to do strawberry plants in hanging baskets and had a reasonable crop.
